As your Mayor, I will work tirelessly to address the affordable housing needs, explore home ownership possibilities for first time buyers, and partner with non-profit partners to build universal design improvements. Exploring thoughtful and innovative ideas like:

• Working with local lenders and builders to Incentivize building on in-town lots

• Increase the funnel of building trade employees throughout the city to ensure we have the ability to build houses by local community members.

• Ensure our seniors have access to the best in class design features to allow them to stay in their homes as they age.
