When you elected me, one of my top priorities was to support local businesses and attract new ones.  We will continue to invest in infrastructure that attracts new industries and makes Sheboygan a hub of innovation and opportunity.

What we’ve done:

✅ Achieved 2.2% unemployment – a record low

✅ Supported expanding businesses: Acuity, Old Wisconsin, HTT, Old World Creamery

✅ Enabled downtown revitalization with new businesses

Public Safety &
Community Well-Being

One of the most important duties of a mayor is to ensure that every resident feels safe in their community. Together, we are making Sheboygan a place where all feel safe and secure,while providing those in need with critical resources.

What we’ve done: 

✅ Added more police officers and firefighters added for the first time in years

✅ Drove reduced crime rates, making neighborhoods safer

✅ Created partnerships with health & human services to address mental health

Moving Forward:

✔️ Expand community-based policing programs

✔️ Strengthen neighborhood watch and engagement programs

✔️ Continue investments in first responders

Infrastructure & Housing

We’ve also made major investments in infrastructure over the past few years, and it’s paying off.  Whether through new developments, revitalizing existing neighborhoods, or supporting housing programs, we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure every Sheboygan resident has a place to call home.

✅ Completed 52 road projects

✅ Added +300 new housing units

✅ Changed winter parking rules in response to residents’ concerns

Moving Forward:

✔️ Continue road repairs and modernize infrastructure

✔️ Update zoning codes to increase housing options

✔️ Ensure affordable housing for all residents

Parks, Recreation &
Quality of Life

We are also making significant strides investing in our parks and green spaces. From our parks to our library to our treasured lakefront, I will continue to support and defend their role in making our community vibrant.

What we’ve done:

✅ Expanded bike trails, kayak launches, splash pads, and pickleball courts

✅ Tripled the number of dog parks in the city

✅ Opened the Uptown Social Senior Center with 1,600+ members

✅ Brought major events to Sheboygan’s lakeshore

✔️ Further invest in parks, libraries, and community spaces

✔️ Protect Sheboygan’s lakeshore and green spaces

✔️ Enhance recreational opportunities for all ages
